The Troy Chapter of Delta Chi has always been more than a collegiate experience—it is a lifelong brotherhood.
Since our original charter in 1966, more than 1,000 men have been initiated into the Troy Chapter. Those brothers have gone on to serve their communities, lead businesses, protect our nation, educate future generations, and support Delta Chi long after graduation.
As the Troy Chapter enters a new era, we remain grateful for the generations of alumni whose leadership, dedication, and generosity made our return to campus possible. Whether you graduated five years ago or fifty years ago, you will always be an important part of our story.

The Troy Delta Chi Alumni Chapter is the social and engagement organization for alumni. Its mission is to foster lifelong friendships among brothers while supporting both the active chapter and Troy University.
The Alumni Chapter is dedicated to the advancement of the University and the undergraduate chapter while fostering lifelong friendships among brothers who strive to be well-rounded individuals, contribute effectively to every phase of life, and continue to be outstanding citizens.
Membership dues directly support alumni activities and traditions, including:

Troy Delta Chi Educational Foundation
Investing in the Future of Delta Chi
The Troy Delta Chi Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the educational mission of Delta Chi at Troy University.
The Foundation was established to provide funding for educational programming, scholarships, and facilities that benefit both current and future generations of Delta Chi brothers.
Foundation support helps provide:
Academic scholarships for qualified undergraduate members
Educational programming and leadership development
Associate member education
Risk management education
Anti-hazing initiatives
Alcohol and substance abuse education
Sexual misconduct prevention education
In addition to supporting educational initiatives, the Foundation owns and maintains the Troy Delta Chi Alumni House, preserving an important asset for the chapter and its alumni while ensuring it remains available for future generations.
Tax-Deductible Giving
Because the Educational Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, donations may be tax-deductible as permitted by law.
Every contribution directly supports the educational mission of the Foundation by funding scholarships, educational programming, leadership development, and the stewardship of the Alumni House.

Name: Forrest Latta
Initiation Year: 1977
Occupation
Forrest Latta has built a remarkable 43-year legal career in Mobile, where he serves as a leading attorney with Burr & Forman. A trusted voice in Alabama’s legal community, he sits on the Alabama Board of Bar Examiners and the Alabama Rules of Evidence Committee.
His influence reaches far beyond the courtroom. Latta is a past president of the Mobile Bar Association, a recipient of the Livingston Award from the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and a longtime advisor to both the Alabama legal system and statewide professional organizations.
A devoted Trojan, Latta serves on the Troy University Board of Trustees and helped lay the foundation for the University’s alumni network. When he isn’t advocating for others, he is nurturing his renowned camellia gardens, including the arboretum he planted on the Alabama State Capitol grounds.
